Creating a space filled with love, support, education and nourishment, we’re a group of women with varying backgrounds, but with a common bond: We gather in a sacred space, discovering the harmony and power of women who heal each other simply by connecting through honesty and truth.

We are women who meet weekly from all around the DFW metroplex, coming together with issues like motherhood, parenting, relationships, depression, anxiety, postpartum, sisterhood, family, and sex.

Our vision is to discover a deeper connection with our selves, to empower each other, and to enrich relationships in all areas of our lives.

We come together remaining 100% open to the faults and challenges we each face, realizing that our life journeys are unique, and present only to help us discover a richer, fuller existence.

The Women’s Circle provides opportunity to share stories, being led by licensed counselors and life coaches through experiential exercises, journalling, playing, music, meditation, and discussion.  Within the Women’s Circle, we join together, empowering each other to:

• give and receive love more fully
• give and receive support unconditionally
• remain empowered through education of mind, body and spirit
• accept much needed nourishment
